- All abstracts must be submitted
through on-line. The scientific
committee (program committee) will
review all abstracts via the
internet.
- Deadline for abstract submission
is Oct. 31, 2008.
- Even though you submitted your
abstract, you can update it within
submission deadline, Oct. 31, 2008.
- To search and update your
abstract later, you will need the
e-mail address and password you used
when you registered to attend the
meeting.
- The authors must accept sole
responsibility in their submitted
abstract.
- The abstract must adequately
describe the purpose of the study,
methods, results and conclusions so
that the scientific committee may
evaluate the quality of the abstract
body.
- The title should fully reflect
the content of the abstract body.
- A structured abstract format is
preferable;
that is, all abstract should contain
these sections:
Introduction (background
information and purpose of the
project/study),
Methods
(study design, techniques),
Results
(summary of data), and
Conclusions
- The abstract length is limited
to 250 words in English.
- Style”GSingle-spaced”ATimes New
Roman”AFont size 11.
- Abbreviations may be used in the
abstract if such abbreviations are
defined at their first mention.
- Illustrations and tables are not
permitted.
- Supplementary data are not
accepted under any circumstances.
- Abstracts may be submitted as
follows.

”]3”^ Oral or Poster presentation (at
the discretion of the Scientific
Committee)
- The program committee reserves
the right to reassign presentation
types (oral or poster discussion) as
it deems necessary.
- Each abstract submission must
specify a presenter. Presenter of
accepted abstracts will receive
confirmation of the presentation
type when the abstract acceptances
are distributed.
- The presenter of each abstract
must register for the scientific
meeting in the standard fashion.
After registration, you will use
your e-mail address as your account.
All correspondence about the
abstract will be directed to
presenter”¦s e-mail box.
- All abstract will be assigned an
identification number which should
be used for all communications about
an abstract.
- Before Oct. 31, you could use on
line submission to modify your
abstract if needed.
